You Can Laugh At Business Problems - If You Follow This Principle
I admit it, I'm a bookstore junkie!
I'm like a madman when I get into a bookstore, grabbing this, reading
that, racking up bills in one day that most people would recognize as
one-year's worth of spending on books.
Today, I took some time out to read Donald Trump's "How To Get Rich"
book and he pointed out something I've understood for years, but
forgotten how important it was...
Connecting
How are you at connecting with your market?
Do you have a passion about what you do? That's one of the surest ways
to make yourself "infectious" (not in the bad sense of ther term, but
in the sense that people can't help but listen and watch you)
There is a certain element of charisma that you are born with,
however, there is also a great deal that can be learned by simply
becoming connected with the market that you are passionate about.
I write allot about how to find hot selling product ideas in the "Ultimate
Information Entrepreneur's Success Package" - for those of you who have
read it, you'll notice that each of the 40 techniques for finding and
testing ebook or infoproduct ideas involves this idea of connectedness
with your target market.
You'll also find the idea of "connectedness" is the underlying principle
behind the success template master marketer Jimmy D Brown uses in his
powerful guide for online business follow-up email campaigns called
"AutoPilot Income Streams"
Think about it - famous celebrities such as Regis Philbin or Elvis Presley, or
popular political leaders such as Ronald Reagan connected
with their audience
at an entirely different level than all others.
Study these people, find out how they did it, and follow their lead.
Attract more subscribers, profits, and customers to you by becoming
more attached with your market - you'll be amazed at how this will
impact your results.

P2P Raises New Affiliate Marketing Opportunity
Now this is interesting.
You may be aware of the massive increase in P2P file sharing programs
being used by people at home - programs such as Kazaa, BitTorrent,
and eDonkey.
Up until recently, these applications have just seemed to be an
underground method of having fun (or wasting time depending on
your outlook).
This service seems to change all of that by attaching a legitimate
sale of content including an affiliate commmission for those that
share this legitimate content and generate buyers.
You can read about WEED here: http://www.weedshare.com/
Share music files that listeners are allowed to listen to 3 times,
then can purchase - and you make a commission on the ultimate
purchase if it came from your file share.
Now - think of the ways this business model may EXPLODE!!
Back almost a year ago I originally published an article on the
potential use of Peer-to-peer technology to distribute information
products - looks like it's now inevitable.

SuperSize Your Affiliate Program - Here's How
How do you put together an army of super salespeople from
around the world that sell your products online 24-hours
a day, 7-days per week?
It's much easier than you think, and if you are serious about
making money online, then you MUST create and manage your
own affiliate program.
Sure, you may give away 30-40% of your sale price, but it's
all worth it when you double, triple or even more your sales
through your affiliates.
Over the last year, I have seen my affiliate base grow from a
hundred to over 1300 - an amazing growth rate with an equally
amazing impact on sales.
The software that has really helped me to build such a highly
effective and rapidly growing affiliate program is the powerful
1automation Wiz system that combines a Shopping Cart, Autoresponder,
Ad Tracker and Affiliate Program Manager in one.
It's tough to find the right tool to help manage your affiliate
program - they are either way too expensive up front or take a big
chunk of your profits.
Not only is the 1Automation Wiz system affordable, but it integrates
an autoresponder and ad tracker in with your affiliate program so
that you can automate training and support to your affiliates,
sell to your affiliates, setup customized links to any page on your
site for your affiliates, and much more.
If you are looking for affiliate management software to start your
own affiliate program that is highly flexible, integrated with other
valuable services, easy to use, links with all major payment systems
including Paypal, or your own merchant account... then give these
guys a look -- 1automation Wiz system
Cheers...

Kmart and Sears Mega-Merger - What Can We Learn?
You may have already heard, a massive merger between discount
retailers Kmart and Sears has just been announced.
What does that have to do with your niche, high-value, low-overhead
online business?
I have to tell you I have been heavily inspired by entrepreneur TOP
GUN Dan Kennedy as part of his inner circle program lately.
Dan's main pitch is to look outside of your industry, outside of your
business model - that's where the great breakthrough's are found.
If you haven't read anything from Dan, get over to your local bookstore,
he has some great "No B.S." titles out there. You should also take
a look around his wonderful website where you will find his
"Magnetic Marketing System" which should be standard reading for any
successful entrepreneur.
It's a philosophy of adaptation rather than adoption - meaning you look
to adapt techniques, strategies and concepts from outside TO your
business instead of just adopting techniques that are well known within
your industry.
So - all that said, what can we learn from this retail mega-merger?
1. Distribution Economies of Scale
We should all look for partnerships, joint ventures, co-marketing and
even all out acquisition or licensing opportunities with other
businesses who could help radically expand exposure of your products.
Spend some time each week thinking BIG. Most of our time is spent fine
tuning our business to get slightly more traffic, more conversion,
etc... - but part of our thinking needs to be BIG thinking. Examine
sites for sale to see how you might reach a much larger target audience. Explore JV's with some very big partners, etc...
2. Mix of Strengths
What are your strengths? Is it your product, your service, your
information, your support, your brand, etc....
Be very honest, if you can find your strengths and partner with someone
else to enhance those strengths you can make massive improvements
in your business.
For example, when you are starting out - a weakness is likely to be
credibility. When I first started out I was lucky enough to nab
Yanik Silver for a lengthy interview, it turned out to be pure gold
and still is one of the most popular pieces of my "Ultimate Information
Entreprneuer's Success Package" to this day.
As individual online business entrepreneurs, we definitely do NOT want
to leap into discount retail, however we can certainly learn by
watching business activity, techniques and strategies outside of our
own little world.

How Can Blogs Help With Writing A Book?
Writing a book that sells in the non-fiction genre (how-to books,
ebooks, courses, workshops, freelance writing, etc...) demands that
you...
1. Specialize in certain niche writing markets. You will do much
better in most markets if you brand yourself an expert, gain the
upper hand in your market.
2. Differentiate yourself from the others using your "voice". There
are many successful online and offline writers who are in demand
simply because people like the way they write. They express
opinions, write simply and clearly, and understand the market they
are writing for.
3. Keep current with your markets. Over time, the interests, desires
and challenges faced by readers in your market change - sometimes
dramatically.
4. Understand how to write quickly and effectively - NOTE as Steve
Manning points out in his wonderful "How To Write a Book on Anything
In 14 Days or Less...Guaranteed!",it's often Non-writers that do
better than seasoned authors.
So how can writing a blog help you with writing a book?
It takes time and practice to achieve the 3 writing goals above.
Setting up your own blog and updating it daily or even weekly can
give you that practice, help you find your voice and even collect
feedback by allowing "comments" from your readers.
It's not often discussed, but blogging is an excellent tool to
help you with writing a book.
Get your blog started today.

Speed Up Your eBook Writing
Let's be honest, to most people eBook writing is an incredibly
intimidating task.
You wrestle with the idea, then the title, then how what format you
should use to write it, followed by a crippling feeling that you
couldn't write if your life depended on it!
It's really too bad since writing is one of the least important
skills you need to master the art of ebook writing and marketing.
How Can You - A Non-Writer - Learn
Rapid eBook Writing?
1. Write About What You Know
Please don't confuse this with "Write About What You WANT to Write
About" What I mean here is to find high-demand topics within a
marketspace that you already know. Your market WILL dictate what
they want, however in every market you can find sellable topics.
That's the detective part of ebook writing.
2. Your Job Is To Answer Questions
Your role as an ebook writer is NOT primarily to entertain, be cute,
be funny, cover a topic broadly, etc...
Information-based ebook writing is based on 1 single factor, how well
you are able to answer questions that will help your reader achieve
something they want so badly they will pay you almost ANY price.
3. Speak Your eBook
There is no reason why writing should get in your way. You can
simply "speak" your ebook by organizing questions and having you,
or another professional, answer question after question. Record
yourself using an external MIC, or your telephone. Through the
wonder of common USB ports on PC's these days, it's dead simple to
either transfer a file or play your external recording to your
PC altering it into a digital file which can then be transcribed in
a matter of hours for less than $100 in most cases. Voila, you have
your ebook.
4. Learn From Experienced Professionals
You have an AMAZING opportunity to learn from two of the best ebook
authors ever - they are offering up a very limited 14 spots, personally
coaching you through product development. You WILL end up with your
own product in a matter of weeks with this approach
You'll find this program right here:
Fast Track eBook Writing Program
Bill's program is TOP NOTCH, I wish it were around when I started out.
eBook writing should not be intimidating. You have to just jump into
the first one, learn all you can from Bill's program above and believe
me, once you have written your first, you will be kicking yourself that
you hadn't done this ALONG time ago!
