It's a goal we all secretly have, to enter the comfortable fold of the millionaire's club where we can stop worrying about the next bill, not have to ignore our principles, values and beliefs in an attempt to chase the next paycheck or career advancement.

In discussion with one of my coaching clients earlier this week, I was asked the question – what does it take to really control your sub-conscious?
Obviously the thinking was that our sub-conscious was out to sabotage our successes and achievements – and to the extent that we have trained it poorly in the past, this can be true.
