I've just completed a very personal video on how we have overcome challenges in our life over the last 15-years (and have helped many others with this same system published as part of Attracting Greatness).
This particular video outlines a powerful 3-step system for overcoming procrastination, laziness and being stuck in your life toward automatic motivation, consistent action, much higher self-confidence and of course, getting results.

Hi Jeff, Many thanks for sending me your You Tube presentation on how better to become more motivated to reach our goals.
Also, would it be possible that you could send me a general outline or site address that could help me understand how to make a You Tube video (with audio and still images like a Powerpoint presentation) as you have done? I've seen many videos, and the one you sent was really good.
