So many people we teach over at Information Marketer’s Zone have accepted the idea that if they will achieve great things (business success, personal success, money, philanthropy, etc…) by following others OR by outworking others…

At the same time, the true giants in business, sports, personal influence and elsewhere understand that it isn’t JUST hard work…but it is having a great idea or concept.

Bill Gates expanded on the idea of simplifying computers to the point of having one in every home…Steve Jobs had the idea to disrupt the PC, music devices and then the music industry and eventually the telephone industry by creating highly desirable/artistic end devices that consumers craved.

Gary Vaynerchuck saw the potential of using emerging internet video to sell wine and became both a giant in business and celebrity online because of it.

Once single great idea is better than multiple lifetimes of hard work…

See, this is where the HUSTLE movement has failed it’s audience…working harder than anyone else won’t make you a winner BUT working harder than anyone else with a goal to developing great ideas WILL and HAS made fortunes and successes of many people.

Interestingly enough, the key to coming up with the great idea is a mash-up of knowing what your market wants at a very intimate level (through contact, participation and empathy), studying past successes and failures, testing multiple ideas/approaches and using feedback to help you tune your idea or concept.

To accomplish this, it takes multiple tries, it takes ACTION, it takes intense curiosity and it takes the willingness to be incorrect many times on the way to finding the golden nugget (as well as not falling in love with your own ideas prematurely.)

So, if you are unhappy or unsatisfied with what you have been able to achieve at this point in your career and life, re-focus your determination, effort and activity on uncovering, developing and testing until you find that great idea…when you do, the world will respond and you’ll stop pushing that rock up a hill and start enjoying the ride on the way down.

If you feel this is what is holding you back from reaching the next level of success in your business goals then you can tap into the training, tools and support over at Information Marketer’s Zone where a critical part of overall business success is finding YOUR angle and unique business idea on the road to reaching your business and life goals.
