Fascinating glimpse into the mind of how super investor Chris Saca has gotten it RIGHT with so many investments including early-stage bets on Uber, Twitter, WordPress and more…

Love his simple principles:

1. Invest in what you know
2. Invest in what you can impact the outcome of…this may be something that you don’t know as well, but feel you can somehow improve
3. Although he doesn’t mention this explicitly in the videos – he dose mention his relationship with the founders in many cases giving credence to the old adage “you bet on the jockey as much as the horse” – in other words, knowing that the leadership team is solid ends up to be as important as the great idea or product that gets initial attention.

It is worth noting that Chris is a former Google employee as well as a trained lawyer with some experience in Business Development roles – where you are able to make curiosity a full-time job.
