Here’s how I learned to STOP giving up on my goals

These tips made reaching ALL of my goals easier!

That doesn’t mean it didn’t take effort, sacrifice or pain along the way…but with these tips I was able to overcome the overwhelming desire to “Shut It Down”

I like the phrase “Speedbumps Instead Of Roadblocks”

These tips are taken from my entire Course on Getting Unstuck and Breaking Through To New Levels In Your Life Here…

Here are 5 reasons steps you can use to STOP giving up and FINALLY achieve your goals

1. Stop Believing In Themselves

Lack of belief in your ability to handle either success or setbacks is the #1 reason why people give up

It’s not just you. Your mind constantly works to think up the worst case scenario drawing upon past discomfort to make you second guess your strength

Deliberately work each day to counter these negative thoughts with positive ones

Draw on positive past experiences and times when you stepped up – even when you didn’t think you could

2. Change Resistance

In the body, there is the concept of Homeostasis – which simply refers to the body’s need to stay balanced by resisting change

Your mind operates the same way – it’s “comfort” zone is to resist change

To change this habit, use a combination of pain/pleasure association (associate pain with staying stuck)

And, get used to making small changes each day so that you re-wire your brain to accept (even expect) change

3. Mistaken Entitlement

Depending on how you were raised, many people today struggle mightily with entitlement

They feel the world owes them something.

Instead of recognizing and changing these mistaken beliefs, they play the victim where giving up becomes a coping mechanism

Expect nothing from those around you – everyone is in their own battle.

Instead, take responsibility

4. “Why Me”

Another symptom of self-doubt or entitlement is often self-loathing or feeling sorry for yourself

The “Why Me” syndrome is a surefire way to give up

Instead, change your internal dialog to “How can I change this?” or “How can I make this different?”

5. Pain of Loss Bigger Than The Pain Of Trying

Most people exaggerate the pain of sacrifice associated with continuing to work toward their goals

Verus the pleasure associated with working toward and achieving their goals

Program your mind daily to re-visit the journey and achievement of your goals while recognizing the exaggerated thoughts associated with the effort

Know there will be pleasure in the process of growth as well as the ultimate achievement
